Yes, we had a French and German version as I recall. We had 3 different publishers and they each released it in different parts of the world and in different languages. Sorry I can't help you find one though. I have no idea how many they made - I'm guessing they're fairly rare now. I wish I had copies myself, but I only had the English DVD/CD version and it was only in a paper sleeve.
It was a long shot but thank you kindly for your reply. There is, at the time of writing, a shareware French lang. available on the French Vinted site. I already have a copy. It's what spurred me to try and find the full versions.

Yes. As far as I'm aware; according to Moby Games there was a jewel case version released in English, with a French version too.
